The 21-year-old championship swimmer was also joined by his director boyfriend Dustin Lance Black, 41, as they went home to Tom‘s hometown of Plymouth, England.

He also posted a shirtless pic by the pool, writing, “Great weekend down in Plymouth visiting family and training synchro with @dannielgoodfellow”
