Justin Bieber goes shirtless while hanging out by the beach and working on his laptop on Sunday (December 31) in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The 23-year-old singer is likely in town to be ringing in the new year with his seemingly on-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, who was spotted arriving in town just days ago with her girlfriends.

Justin posted the below photo on his Instagram stories and fans noticed that the home is decorated in the same way as the home where Selena has been staying for the past few days.
