Vanessa Hudgens Dolls Up for 'West Side Story' Opening on Broadway

Vanessa Hudgens looks so chic in her all black outfit while walking the red carpet at the opening night of Broadway’s West Side Story revival on Thursday (February 20) in New York City.

The 31-year-old actress is no stranger to Broadway and she’s a veteran when it comes to the world of musicals. She has said that West Side Story changed the course of her life!

“I remember watching Natalie Wood in West Side Story for the first time, and I’m kind of always going to think of her as Maria,” Vanessa told Bustle. “[That movie] kind of changed the course of my life — OK, let’s be real, I was probably only like four years old when I saw it — but if I hadn’t seen that film I don’t know if I would have been as passionate about musical theater as I am today.”

Also in attendance at the opening night was Euphoria actress Storm Reid.
