Diary of Future President's Tess Romero Would Not Want to Be President In Real Life

Tess Romero makes some funny faces while making an appearance Build by Yahoo last week in New York City.

During the interview, the star of Diary of a Future President was asked if maybe she would ever want to be president some day or run for office.

“Oh god no! That seems like so much work, that’s like the hardest job!” she said.

She also shared the two Nickelodeon shows that inspired her to get into acting.

“The Fresh Beat Band and Dora The Explorer,” Tess revealed. “I love Dora, and I love The Fresh Beat Band, and one day I asked my mom, ‘How can I be in The Fresh Beat Band? How can we make this happen?’ And she had to explain to me, ‘Okay, they’re not real, they’re actors.’ And I was like, ‘Great! Let’s do that then.’”
