OlderJackson Dollinger Dedicates New 'I'm Yours' Music Video to Late Grandfather
Jackson Dollinger has premiered the music video for his debut single “I’m Yours“!
The 13-year-old Sydney To The Max actor and singer filmed the video on Catalina Island, which he dedicated to his late grandfather.
“Catalina Island is very close to my heart because I spend my summers there,†Jackson told JJJ. “There is really no place like it. My grandpa Ted loved the island more than any place in the world. He also spent summers there since he was a child and owned a vacation home on the island.”
“Our time together in this magical place really bonded us. We spent hours fishing off the boat in the harbor and hanging on the home patio talking,” he continued. “Unfortunately, my grandfather passed away a couple of months before the premiere of Sydney to the Max. He never got to see the show or visit me on set. I felt like paying tribute to the island and dedicating this video to my grandfather’s memory was the perfect way to honor him. I hope wherever he is, he is looking down on me proudly. We miss him everyday!”
At the end of the video, the screen goes blank and reads, “In loving memory of Edward H. Butland ‘Grandpa Ted.’”
