Jacob Elordi Grabs Lunch With Kaia Gerber Before '2 Hearts' Release

Jacob Elordi wears a pink bandana over his face in lieu of a mask on Thursday (October 15) in Malibu, Calif.

The 23-year-old was joined by Kaia Gerber as they waited outside to pick up their lunch.

Earlier in the week, Jacob and Kaia were seen out to lunch and to dinner with her cute pup in tow!

Jacob is gearing up for the release of his new movie 2 Hearts, which was pushed back from it’s original September 11th premiere to October 16th.

The film is based on a true story of Christopher Gregory, and is based off of the book “All My Tomorrows: A Story of Tragedy, Transplant and Hope,” by Christopher‘s dad Eric.

Jacob recently opened up about playing a real life person.

“When I came on board, I met his family — they’re really wonderful family, and the movie was a real family affair,” he told Us Weekly. “It was a super personal story to them. I met Chris Gregory’s parents and we had some really wonderful experiences. It ended up being a bit of a journey in itself.”

“I tried to do as much research as I could,” Jacob added. “We actually filmed quite a large portion of the film before I met his parents. I met them in Hawaii, and by that point, we had shot a bulk of the movie.”

“I want to bring him pride and a lot of love to their family.”
