Paulina Chávez & Bella Podaras React To 'Ashley Garcia' Cancellation

Paulina Chávez and Bella Podaras are reacting to the sad news that Ashley Garcia: Genius In Love has been canceled.

The two starred in the Netflix series as Ashley Garcia and Brooke Bishop, respectively.

“hey y’all. unfortunately Ashley Garcia wasn’t picked up for another season,” Paulina wrote on Instagram. “i wanna thank the show creators, executives, & Netflix for allowing me to bring Ashley to life. i love every single one of the people i got to work with – an AMAZING cast & crew.”

“Ashley Garcia is a stepping stone for representing Latinos & minorities in positive roles,” she continued. “thank you to the fans! every single one of y’all mean so so much to me, even if i can’t respond to each of your messages, i wish i could. thank you for such an amazing journey. it’s only the beginning<3"

"We found out today that Ashley Garcia will not be picked up for another season. I have no words. Thank you thank you thank you. This was a dream come true," Bella shared on her Instagram.
