Shailene Woodley Leads Dakota Access Pipeline Protest at Sundance

Shailene Woodley is supporting Standing Rock event at Sundance!

The 25-year-old actress attended an anti-Dakota Access Pipeline event while at the Sundance Film Festival on Monday (January 23) at Zoom Restaurant in Park City, Utah.

Shailene also marched in a protest through the festival, leading to the Chase Sapphire Lounge.

During the event, Shailene called for the festival’s Robert Redford to cut relations with Sundance sponsor Chase Bank, who is funding the pipeline.

“There is a hypocrisy in talking about indigenous cultures but not doing anything, as a non-native ally, to stand with them,” Shailene explained.

Unfortunately, the following day President Donald Trump announced that he has signed orders to move forward with the construction of the Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines.

Elle Fanning has arrived at Sundance and is busy promoting her new film Sidney Hall!

The 18-year-old actress was joined at the IMDb Studio featuring the Filmmaker Discovery Lounge presented by Amazon Video Direct by co-stars Michelle Monaghan, Blake Jenner, and Logan Lerman. Director Shawn Christensen and producer Jonathan Schwartz were also in attendance for the event! The film will premiere at the festival later in the week.

The film follows Sidney Hall (Lerman), who finds accidental success and unexpected love at an early age, then disappears without a trace.

Lily Collins, Ciara Bravo, & Liana Liberato Bundle Up at Snowy Sundance for 'To the Bone' Premiere!

Lily Collins is hard at work promoting her movie To The Bone at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival this weekend and she was joined by the cast at the film’s premiere!

The 27-year-old actress walked the red carpet alongside Ciara Bravo and Liana Liberato at the event held at the Eccles Center Theatre on Sunday (January 22) in Park City, Utah.

Also in attendance were stars Keanu Reeves, Lili Taylor, Carrie Preston, Kathryn Prescott, Rebekah Kennedy, Maya Eshet, and Lindsey McDowell, as well as writer/director Marti Noxon.

The day before, Lily, Keanu, Carrie, and Marti stopped by the IMDb Studio to promote the film.

In the film, Lily plays a young woman dealing with anorexia who enters a group home for youths after other recovery programs end with her continuing to lose weight. She meets an unconventional doctor who challenges her to face her condition and embrace life.

Olivia Cooke & Anya Taylor-Joy Brave Cold At Sundance For New Film 'Thoroughbred'

Olivia Cooke and Anya Taylor-Joy sandwich in writer/director Cory Finley at PepsiCo’s Creators League Studio during the 2017 Sundance Film Festival on Saturday (January 21) in Park City, Utah.

The trio joined co-stars Kevin Walsh, Alex Saks, Nat Faxon, and Jim Rash for the premiere of their film that same day.

Thoroughbred follows two teenage girls in suburban Connecticut rekindle their unlikely friendship after years of growing apart. In the process, they learn that neither is what she seems to be, and that a murder might solve both of their problems.

The film also stars the late Anton Yelchin.

Kelsey Asbille cozies up to boyfriend William Moseley at the premiere of her new film, Wind River during the 2017 Sundance Film Festival this weekend in Park City, Utah.

We love seeing that this longtime couple are still going strong after over three years together.

Kelsey stars as Natalie in the film about an FBI agent (Elizabeth Olsen), who teams with the town’s veteran game tracker to investigate a murder that occurred on a Native American reservation.

Zoey Deutch & 'Before I Fall' Cast Premiere New Film at Sundance Film Festival

The Before I Fall cast hit the step and repeat for the premiere of their film during the 2017 Sundance Film Festival on Saturday (January 21) in Park City, Utah.

Zoey Deutch, Halston Sage, Elena Kampouris, Logan Miller, Medalion Rahimi, Jennifer Beals, Cynthy Wu, Liv Hewson and Kian Lawley all stepped out for the premiere, along with director Ry Russo-Young and author Lauren Olivier.

“I hope it finds its audience,” Ry shared in a new interview about the movie.

“It’s the kind of movie I wish had been around when I was a young woman. It’s the kind of movie I wanted to see.”

Zoey Deutch kisses Logan Miller in this brand new trailer for Before I Fall, which debuted ahead of the film’s 2017 Sundance Film Festival premiere.

Based on the addicting book by Lauren Oliver, the flick also stars Elena Kampouris and Halston Sage and was filming in Vancouver.

The movie takes off after one fateful night when Samantha (Deutch) wakes up with no future at all and is trapped reliving the same day over and over. There, she begins to question just how perfect her life really was.

The film is expected to hit theaters in April.
