The 26-year-old entertainer recreated her exact routine from the “Work It” music video from 17 years ago.
Alyson even revealed that she didn’t really have time to rehearse and that she only found out she was going to perform the day before!
“Let’s talk quick facts.. HiHat hit me up a day before to jump in, said “do your thing†and then it was showtime. 😅😳ðŸ™ðŸ½ðŸ’ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸ But those grooves don’t leave your system. â¤ï¸,” she replied to a fan on Twitter that asked if she had rehearsed.

The “Sorry Not Sorry” crooner shared her thoughts in her Instagram Stories on Monday (August 26).
“Okay I can’t tell you guys what I’m doing today (you’ll find out super soon tho) but its making me SO HAPPY, I’m having SO MUCH FUN and I can’t stop laughing,” she wrote. “Now go come up with your crazy ass theories as to what it might be!!!”
“Y’all… none of my news has to do with my dogs, pickles OR MUGS… COME ONNNNNN,” she later added after sharing some videos of her pups. “I skipped the VMA’s for a REASON.”
“Well that and I just hate award shows,” she finished.
We’ll have to wait and see what Demi Lovato has planned!

Taylor Swift switches up her look for the 2019 MTV Video Music Awards After-Party!
The “ME!” crooner was seen heading into the event on Monday (August 26) in New York City.
She was joined by models Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, who coordinated their outfits.
Taylor dazzled in a black sequin ensemble with a black clutch and her signature red lips.
Gigi held on to Taylor‘s arm as they flashed smiles and made their way inside.
ICYMI, at the show, Taylor won Video of the Year and used her speech to promote her Equality Act petition. She also took the stage for a performance.
Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were the cutest couple while celebrating their 2019 MTV Video Music Awards win!
The duo were seen backstage after taking home the VMA for Best Collaboration on Monday evening (August 26) at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
Later in the night, Shawn and Camila took to social media to thank their fans and share their first couple photos on their Instagrams!
