Aaron Carpenter is getting candid about his struggle with anxiety.
The 20-year-old musician and social media star took to his Instagram to share his feelings and let fans going through the same thing know that they are not alone.
“I’m not really sure where to start talking about this or how to exactly because i never really have spoken much about this topic ever online but it’s something i feel that some people need to hear and it’s something i should be more open about on here. But growing up I never really dealt with anxiety that much or enough to understand what anxiety actually was up until last year,” Aaron began.
He continued, “I started waking up in the middle of the nights in a panic, would never wanna leave my apartment & it felt like it was all only happening to me. But i finally brought it up to someone & talked about it and felt a LOT better just with knowing that i wasn’t the only one experiencing this and that’s why i wanted to come online and say that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! We’re all here for each other and i know that it may not seem like it at times but everything’s going to be okay & there’s always a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Don’t think too much about the days ahead and just take everything day by day! I’m here for you all…i love you all”

The 26-year-old singer and actress was photographed for the first time in months while going snow tubing with a group of friends on Tuesday (December 18) in Big Bear, Calif.
Selena was joined by her former Wizards of Waverly Place co-star Bailee Madison, along with her BFF Connar Franklin and her boyfriend Aaron Carpenter and sister Caroline Franklin.
Austin North also joined the friends for the fun snow day!

The 19-year-old social media star is opening up to RAW about his musical influences.
“I grew up around music; my family was very music oriented. My mom is an incredible singer and my brother’s an incredible musician. I’m the youngest of three. I have an older brother and an older sister. And they’ve all influenced me,” he said.
“All-time favorite musician right now is Bruno Mars. He’s an incredible performer and entertainer and incredibly talented. Justin Timberlake is also incredible. And some newer artists–Khalid’s dope. Alessia Cara is incredible, and DJ’s such as Zedd, Kygo, all those guys! Calvin Harris!” he added.

The social star and beauty guru was elected Mane Addicts‘ Prom Queen with Aaron Carpenter as her Prom King at last night’s event in Los Angeles.
Guests like Jade Pettyjohn, Kara Royster, Katie Gill and Sammi Sanchez, enjoyed Paul Mitchell glam stations which offered event-goers the chance for a quick touch-up, or the opportunity to choose from a carefully curated style menu.
They also got to try out the event’s personalized snapchat filters and a branded photo wall, plus fresh corsages and a balloon arch worthy of the best high school prom.
Sounds like a perfect prom to us!
Aaron Carpenter fans are absolutely LOSING it after he posted a cover of Harry Styles‘ new single, “Sign of the Times,” to his Twitter.
In the video, Aaron plays piano and croons to the song, giving elated fans one minute, 21 seconds of bliss. His post quickly garnered 34,000 likes and 13,000 retweets — and that’s saying nothing of the comments section.
“Your voice sounds like an ANGEL omg,” one fan replied.
“I AM SHOOK,” another wrote.
“I NEED A 1 HOUR VERSION OF THIS,” one added.
