Demi Lovato is opening about coming out as sexually fluid to her parents for the first time.
The 27-year-old singer opened up about her self-discovery journey to Andy Cohen during an interview on his SiriusXM show on Thursday (January 30) and she talked about the moment she came out to her parents.

After everything was done, I was like shaking and crying. I just felt overwhelmed. I have such incredible parents. They were so supportive.”
Demi said her dad wasn’t surprised at all, but she did say she was nervous about opening up to her mom.
“My mom was the one that I was super nervous about,” Demi revealed. “But she was like, ‘I just want you to be happy.’ And that was so beautiful and amazing. I’m so grateful.”
Demi will be performing the National Anthem at the 2020 Super Bowl on Sunday, February 2 in Miami.
