Gaten Matarazzo‘s upcoming prank show on Netflix is coming out sooner than you think!
The streaming service just debuted the very first trailer for the series, which debuts on October 25th.
Each episode of Prank Encounters takes two complete strangers on the surprise ride of a lifetime. It’s business as usual until their paths collide and their one-day assignments turn into supernatural surprises.
Where fear meets funny, Prank Encounters is the most elaborate hidden camera prank show ever devised.
It’s finally official and we couldn’t be more excited… Stranger Things is definitely returning for season four!
It was inevitable that the series, arguably the most popular Netflix original, was going to be renewed, but we’re so happy it’s official now. In a cool announcement video, the season’s tagline is revealed: “We’re Not in Hawkins Anymore.” It sounds like the fourth season is going to take us somewhere new!
Netflix has also announced that Stranger Things creators The Duffer Brothers have signed an overall deal with the streaming service.
“The Duffer Brothers have captivated viewers around the world with Stranger Things and we’re thrilled to expand our relationship with them to bring their vivid imaginations to other film and series projects our members will love,†Netflix’s Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos said in a statement. “We can’t wait to see what The Duffer Brothers have in store when they step outside the world of The Upside Down.â€
The Duffer Brothers added, “We are absolutely thrilled to continue our relationship with Netflix. Ted Sarandos, Cindy Holland, Brian Wright, and Matt Thunell took a huge chance on us and our show — and forever changed our lives. From our first pitch meeting to the release of Stranger Things 3, the entire team at Netflix has been nothing short of sensational, providing us with the kind of support, guidance, and creative freedom we always dreamed about. We can’t wait to tell many more stories together — beginning, of course, with a return trip to Hawkins!”
Gaten Matarazzo has revealed what he really wants to be when he gets older!
The 16-year-old Stranger Things actor shared a pic from his first day of senior year of high school on Thursday (September 5).
In the pic, Gaten holds up a little fun facts plaque, and one of the things on their is “When I grow up I want to be…,” and Gaten wrote, “Uber driver.”
Gaten‘s answer is a huge turn of events considering he’s on a super successful TV show, is in a movie (he voices a character in The Angry Birds Movie 2), and he has his band Work In Progress. We’re sure being an Uber driver (though not a bad job) is a joking answer from the star!
Kenzie and Maddie Ziegler share a laugh during their episode of Celebrity Family Feud!

Gaten was joined by his family members, Gaetano Matarazzo Sr, Gaetano Matarazzo Jr, Sabrina Matarazzo, and Victoria Ann Olivier.

Did you know that Gaten Matarazzo was in a band? They just dropped studio versions of two of their songs!
“‘Dream Eater’ has been in the works for about a year. It took us a while to get it off the ground,” Gaten, 16, admitted to Billboard in a new interview. “Griffin made the riff in his room one night and I took awhile to actually start writing lyrics. We changed a lot of stuff with the music too. Griffin, Sabrina and I wrote the lyrics for that.”
He also spoke about “Waste My Time”, which was “quicker, especially with the lyrics. Sabrina wrote all those lyrics in about 30 minutes. She’s a friggin’ genius. I don’t know how she does that.”
Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard hit the dance floor together at the Stranger Things season three premiere party held at Santa Monica Pier on Friday night (June 28) in Santa Monica, Calif.
The 15-year-old actress also danced with another co-star, David Harbour, and even met up with Jaden Smith on the dance floor!
“he’s the Mike to my El 💕,” Millie captioned the pic of her dancing with Finn.
