Sadly, Sasha Pieterse said goodbye to Dancing With The Stars last night as she and partner Gleb Savchenko were voted off of the show.
“I’m not mad, I’m just really bummed. I really wanted to be here,” Sasha shared with ET after the show. “It sucks, but I made some amazing friends, I had such a good time, and I feel like I’m just grateful.”
She added that “it really has been an incredible experience and you can’t really describe it unless you’re doing it.”
“It’s been amazing for my soul, for me just getting back to who I am, [and] obviously for my body and my health. I’m just really glad that I was able to have the platform to talk about my situation and I had so much fun.”
This morning after appearing on GMA, Gleb took to Instagram to express how proud he was of Sasha: “I’m so proud of @sashapieterse27 she really wanted to learn and has worked so hard so she was a dream partner. I’m gutted this journey is over but it was great whilst it lasted.”

“I’m excited,” she shared about her performance earlier today. “I’m Ariel when she’s already got legs. Wearing the red wig, which I’m super stoked about. It should be really cool!”

Gleb Savchenko has turned into a Merman!
Partner Sasha Pieterse captured a few new shots of Gleb wearing a mermaid’s tale over the weekend, promoting their performance on Dancing With The Stars tonight.
“Magically came across a real life Mer-man the other day,” Sasha captioned on her Instagram, showing off the pics.
For Disney night, Sasha and Gleb — Team A Team — will be performing a rumba to “Kiss The Girl” from The Little Mermaid tonight on the show. We can’t wait to watch!

Last night, Sasha Pieterse bravely opened up about living with polycystic ovary syndrome on Dancing With the Stars.
The Pretty Little Liars actress spoke with EOnline afterwards, dishing that she’s happy she could share her story and bring awareness to the condition on the show.
“I’m glad that people know and it really is about awareness and letting that sit for people that may have it and they don’t know,” she shared.
Sasha adds, “I really want women who have this to figure it out because it really does affect you later in life. It can lead to ovarian cancer and infertility and breast cancer and all kinds of things.”
“So, the fact that I have that platform and he incorporated that into the dance and we did it and we performed it and it felt awesome is all I can ask for.”
Since being on the show, Sasha has lost 15 pounds.
