Asher Angel, Peyton Elizabeth Lee, Joshua Rush, and Sofia Wylie strike a fun pose on the red carpet at the Actor’s Fund 2018 Looking Ahead Awards held at Taglyan Cultural Complex on Saturday night (October 28) in Hollywood.

The four stars of Andi Mack were joined by Raven’s Home stars Sky Katz, Raven Symone, and Navia Robinson, plus Ashley Argota, Garrett Clayton, singer Makayla Phillips, and honoree Monique Coleman.

The Looking Ahead Awards honors leaders in the current and former young performer community who inspire the world by living the program’s core values of growth, education, leadership and community service.

Andi Mack was awarded with The Elizabeth Taylor Award for Social Awareness from Elizabeth Taylor’s great-granddaughter Vivian McMurray and grandson Tarquin Wilding; while Raven-Symoné was presented with The Looking Ahead Award for Education from Debbie Allen.

Meanwhile, Monique received The Looking Ahead Award for Community Service from her HSM director Kenny Ortega.

Unfortunately, we won’t be seeing Makayla Phillips in the finals on America’s Got Talent this season.

After getting the Golden Buzzer from judge Heidi Klum, the 16-year-old singer didn’t make it to the finals during last night’s results show.

However, Makayla is looking on the bright side of things.

“Thank you @AGT for this amazing platform! I have loved every single minute of this journey and have made some incredible new friends!” she wrote on Twitter the day after.

Makayla added, “Thank you @heidiklum for giving me this opportuniy! #onlythebeginning.”

We can’t wait to see what Makayla will do next!

We were absolutely floored with Makayla Phillips and Amanda Mena‘s performances on America’s Got Talent last night!

The two young singers hit the stage with Jessie J‘s “Who U Are” (Makayla) and Pharrell Williams‘ “Happy” (Amanda).

The 15-year-old powerhouse singer performed a stunning version of Julia Michaels‘ “Issues” for the show and it was soooooooooo good!

“I can’t believe it…I got to perform on the Dolby Theater stage!!!!! Guys…Dreams really do come true!!!!” Makayla tweeted after the show.

She added later on with a pic of her and Heidi Klum, who gave her the golden buzzer during her audition, “I’m on cloud nine….no wait….cloud 13!!! This experience is beyond words!”

And the fourth Golden Buzzer has been given out tonight on America’s Got Talent!

Judge Heidi Klum finally hit the buzzer on Tuesday night (July 10) to singer Makayla Phillips after her amazing audition that resulted in a standing ovation from the audience.

The 15-year-old singer from Canyon Lake, Calif., wowed the judges with her cover of Demi Lovato‘s hit song “Warrior.”

The golden buzzer sends the Makayla right to the live shows and lets her bypass Vegas week.

America’s Got Talent airs on Tuesday nights at 8PM ET/PT on NBC.
