The 28-year-old musician and his wife Emily announced that they are expecting their first baby – a little girl.
“My wife Emily brilliantly edited and put together this whole video to announce that we’re having a baby! We wanted to share this really special part of our lives with you all in a very personal way,” MAX wrote on YouTube. “The next chapter of our ‘Lights Down Low’ story. I can’t believe we’re gonna have a beautiful baby girl. I’ve always wanted to be a girl dad and I couldn’t be more proud to be one soon. Much love – MAX”
“When we got married we kept it secret for 7 months, but hiding a bump is a lot harder than hiding a ring. Something good that has come of this Corona season for the our little family!!! 🤰ðŸ»ðŸ™†ðŸ»â€â™‚ï¸,” Emily shared on Instagram.
Max also shared his excitement in a new interview.
“I’m so excited,” he told People. “I think about it every day. I look at all of the other musician girl dads that I love, like Chance the Rapper and my friend, Andy Grammer … Lenny Kravitz! I’m like, ‘Lenny Kravitz created Zoë Kravitz. That’s so cool.’ They are the best father/daughter situation. I’ve been excited to be a girl dad my whole life, I feel. I’m excited to support her and empower her.”
“I’m definitely freaking out about potential boyfriends,” Max added. “I didn’t think I’d feel that way. But I just can’t wait to give her so much love and be there for her. I’m just the most ecstatic to be a girl dad.”
The 33-year-old Chilling Adventures of Sabrina actor and the 30-year-old stylist announced on Saturday (June 13) that they are expecting a baby boy.
“We’re going to have a little baby! A little baby boy,” Luke wrote on Instagram. “And we’re very excited and a little bit scared but mostly very excited! The day we found out Kara was pregnant it was raining in LA and the world was going into a frenzied lockdown. I think we both felt a bit scared about what kind of big mean pandemic ridden world we were bringing a child into.”
The couple announced back on Christmas Eve that they were engaged. In her own pregnancy announcement post on Instagram, Kara called Luke her “husband,†seemingly confirming that they got married.
“There is so much beauty that awaits you and I can’t wait to watch you experience it all. I’ll forever be grateful that you chose us to be mum and dad,” Kara wrote. “And to my beautiful husband, thank you for making me a mum and for being so excited to start this journey with me. I can’t wait to watch you be a father to our little boy. I hope he’s not as huge as you 😳 I love you both immensely.”
The 24-year-old Pretty Little Liars actress announced that she is expecting her first child with husband Hudson Sheaffer, on their anniversary.
“We are so beyond excited to finally share our sweet news with all of you ✨ we will be welcoming a precious little human this October! Today marks our 2nd wedding anniversary and what better way to share our joy then on the day when our lives changed forever (the first time 😉) Motherhood is officially my favorite role ever! ðŸ¤,” Sasha wrote on Instagram.

The 26-year-old Dancing With The Stars pro dancer announced the news on Instagram on Wednesday (May 13).

Lindsay and Sam have been married since 2015, and this will be the first child for both of them.
