The film follows five ordinary teens who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat.
Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so, they will have to overcome their real-life issues and before it’s too late, band together as the Power Rangers.
The Power Rangers movie is just five days away, and it’s then we’ll all get to see the amazing fight sequences, but training for those scenes wasn’t easy at all.
“We had three weeks training before we started filming and there were muscles that I didn’t even realize I had that would ache,” she shared. “It was like a crash course.”
Naomi added about their stunt doubles, who were the instructors for it all: “Our stunt doubles are just incredible; some of the things that they have to do, you’re just like, ‘You are just amazing!’ And they’re not just there to be our stunt doubles, they’re there to keep us safe, they’re there to teach us choreography.”
“I think what we really enjoyed specifically was when we had to do a whole fight sequence’, she continued. ‘It’s almost like a dance, it’s like a 2-3 minute dance.”

Power Rangers (2017 Movie) Official Clip – ‘Underwater’
Yesterday was a busy day for JustJaredJr. Not only did we dance the night away at a secret Ed Sheeran concert in New York City, we celebrated the upcoming Power Rangers movie with Becky G and RJ Cyler in Florida.
When radio station Y100 invited us to spend the afternoon at their exclusive fan event, we jumped at the chance.
Becky G — who plays Trini Kwan, the yellow Power Ranger — got emotional when we asked her what it was like to get the call from producers telling her she was cast in her first big feature film.
“My initial reaction was to cry,” the 20-year-old star confessed. “And I don’t cry often!”
She added that the hardest part of prepping for the role was the diet. “Honestly, I was mad I couldn’t go to KFC,” she joked, “which I still do!”

Stars Becky G and RJ Cyler – the Yellow and Blue Rangers, respectively – stopped by a fan event at iHeart Radio Station Y100 on Monday (March 6) in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Becky was feeling a little under the weather, but toughed it through the day.
“Focusing on getting better for a long day of promo tomorrow,” she tweeted. “Want you guys to know that I’m very excited for this new chapter we’ve begun”

The two Power Rangers stars met with super fans at the event, signing posters for their upcoming movie, which hits theaters on March 24th.
