The 31-year-old musician and actor just opened up about his baby girl Willa.
“It’s been amazing. It’s been forced time at home. I think, I’m always on the go. I’m always moving and traveling, and touring,” he said on CBS This Morning. “To be in one place for a solid amount of time, and just have my feet on the ground and be with my family, my immediate family, is time I don’t think I’ll get back.”
“I’m so thankful and grateful,” he added. “[She's] gorgeous!”
When asked if he’s learned any lessons in the last nine months of fatherhood, Joe said, “Naps are nice. All around.”
During his interview, Joe also talked about starting a mental health foundation with Sophie Turner, and what he misses about touring.
Joe Jonas is giving a look back at how his 2020 went!
The 31-year-old singer shared photos from every month in the year, and one of them in particular really stood out.
For the month of July, one of the pics Joe shared was of a Mickey Mouse watch, with what looks to be a hospital bed in the background.
If you remember, Joe and Sophie Turner‘s daughter Willa was born on July 22nd, and the time on the watch is at 6:29, and it looks like there’s a tear on the watch as well.

Nick Jonas is opening up about his brother Joe‘s newborn daughter Willa!
The 28-year-old entertainer remained fairly mum about the newest addition to the Jonas family, but did admit she’s pretty great.
“I have [met her],†Nick told ET. “It’s, you know, Joe and Sophie’s thing to speak about or not, but she’s the best.â€
“I wish we could all be together, but that’s so many families’ wish and dream at the moment,†he added about the upcoming holidays. “But yeah, I’m grateful everyone’s healthy and happy. We’ve all been very fortunate, but looking forward to a time when life gets back to hopefully some kind of version of normal and we can spend more time together.â€
The couple are at home with their daughter and are super excited for their new bundle of joy.
An inside source tells E! Newsthat Joe and Sophie have “been texting pictures to friends and calling on FaceTime to show her off.”
“They are home and getting settled. Joe is very hands on and involved. He wants to do everything he can and loves being with the baby and helping Sophie,” the source added.
In case you missed it, it looks like Joe may have hinted last Friday that his daughter was born with a new EP/playlist.

Joe Jonas is now the second Jonas brother to have a child, after the oldest brother Kevin and wife Danielle have had two.
If you notice, the brothers are going in order, starting with the oldest. LOL!
Did you realize that now that all three members of the Jonas Brothers band (sorry, Frankie!) are married, there are the three Jonas Sisters – Danielle, Sophie and Priyanka Chopra. Now, there are the three Jonas babies – Alena, Valentina and Willa! Jonas girls coming in threes??
You might also notice that all three of the Jonas kids’ names all end with an “A”!
Lastly, the Jonas babies’ birthdays are all almost the same time apart. Alena, who is 6, was born on February 2nd, while her younger sister Valentina was born on October 27th. Willa was born on July 22nd, making their birthdays all 4-5 months apart.

The 30-year-old musician’s band Jonas Brothers dropped a new EP/playlist on Friday (July 24) titled “Dance With Joe”.
The EP consists of six songs from both Jonas Brothers and DNCE, including newly released “X”, “What A Man Gotta Do”, “Cake By The Ocean”, “Every Single Time”, “Body Moves”, and “Video Girl”.
A lot fans are trying to put two and two together and concluding that this was in fact intentional, and a subtle hint that Willa was born.
“So when Joe released the Dance with Joe EP, he really was celebrating the birth of his daughter,” one fan wrote on Twitter.
“WAIT DO YALL REMEMBER THE PLAYLIST DANCE WITH JOE??? WHAT IF THAT WAS TO CELEBRATE FOR WILLA. I-” another fan said, adding, “willa was born the 22 and this was published the 24 THERE HAS TO BE A CORRELATION IT’S LITERALLY CALLED DANCE WITH JOE”
Another reason fans think it was a hint at the baby news is neither Nick or Kevin have a similar playlist/EP.
“Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are delighted to announce the birth of their baby,†his rep said in a statement to People.
“Joe and Sophie welcomed a baby girl last Wednesday in LA and are over the moon,” a source also shared with ET. “The couple is already obsessed and can’t stop gloating about their new addition. The couple is taking time to enjoy this special moment and have only shared the news and updates with family and friends. With the pandemic Joe and Sophie have been very cautious about who is around them and their little girl.”
