Melissa Benoist & Chris Wood Hit First Red Carpet Together Since Getting Engaged!

Melissa Benoist and her fiance Chris Wood attend the 2019 Oscar Qualifying HollyShorts Film Festival – Opening Night Gala!

The Supergirl castmates teamed up for the event held at TCL Chinese 6 Theatres on Thursday (August 8) in Hollywood.

They were joined by This Is Us‘s Jennifer Morrison and film producer Andrew Carlberg.

Melissa donned a graphic t-shirt with a denim jacket, a black skirt, and strappy black heels, while Chris paired his black suit with a white shirt and sneakers. They were at the event to support the short film The Stew, which Chris wrote and directed and Melissa starred in.

This marks Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood‘s first official appearance since getting engaged in February.
