Sam Smith might not be too good at goodbyes, but he seems to be just fine at sealing it with a kiss!
The 25-year-old singer was photographed sharing a kiss with 23-year-old 13 Reasons Why actor Brandon Flynn on Tuesday (October 3) in New York City.

The cute Greenwich Village kiss is the first time we’ve seen them photographed together, although it’s not yet known if the two are officially dating.
Sam is in town to perform on Saturday Night Live this Saturday (October 7).
“5 more days till Saturday Night Live. Can’t believe my first SNL was over three years ago!!” he wrote on Instagram.

Brandon Flynn will be returning as Justin for the second season of 13 Reasons Why.
But first, did you know that Brandon actually auditioned for Clay Jensen the first time around? The second time was for Bryce. But he didn’t connect with either of them.
Brandon opened up to NKD mag’s July issue, revealing that he connects more with Justin than with any other character.
“It was like, the hardest audition ever because it was like three lines and I was like, ‘I don’t even know who this person is’,” Brandon shared.
Justin‘s character breakdown has him as the “kid who’s not from the right part of town, but is popular at school despite his interesting home life.”
“For some reason that really attracted me, because I remember being in high school and you wear all these masks,” Brandon says, “Justin wears masks constantly.”
“It’s almost like a survival technique, because you see what happens to him at home and you see… being a product of how you’re brought up and how that can make you interact with other human beings.”

After the show, the two 13 Reasons Why actors got to meet a ton of their fans in the City of Light.
“Tbh @tommydorfman and Brandon were absolutely nice with us,” one fan wrote on Twitter about meeting the two. “They took their time and can’t thank them enough for this.”

While at the show, Tommy and Brandon were asked for 13 things they loved about the Paris and fashion came in 7th.
Food was the big ticket item on the list — coffee, croissants and chocolate from Tommy and Brandon was namechecking Ladurée’s macaroons.

Also in attendance was 13 Reasons Why‘s Brandon Flynn, who also presented on stage that evening, as well as model Martha Hunt.

For just about every 13 Reasons Why actor, they relate to their characters in one way or another, and it’s the same for Brandon Flynn.
Brandon admits that he and Justin Foley have similarities, but they also have their differences too.
“I think that is my favorite part of being an actor, you get to see yourself in so many types of people,” Brandon told V magazine. “Justin is an actor too, he wears a mask at school that is very different from the one he has to wear at home.”
“That was a really powerful connection between us, I think a lot of people would connect to that.”
However, there’s one thing that Brandon just really doesn’t like about Justin, something that Brandon will never forgive his character for.
“Something that was really tricky to play in the scene, [is that] I would never let Jessica be raped. I began to understand Justin’s motives, but I will always hold that against him.”
13 Reasons Why, which has been renewed for a second season, is streaming on Netflix now.
