Something big is coming on Friday, August 10th – and we’re not just talking about the premiere of Freaky Friday.

Along with the movie-musical debut, a reveal about Descendants 3 is also coming that same night and China Anne McClain, aka Uma, is freaking out about it in this teaser video.

Looking through the comments on the video, some fans think it might just be a trailer or release date.

Others have a better theory though – could Descendants 3 be going to the big screen?!

“Please please pleeeeaaaasssseee let it be in theaters across the globe! That would be epiiiiicccc!” one fan wrote.

China Anne McClain is sharing what it takes to get into her wigs for Uma in Descendants 3!

The Black Lightning actress shared a behind-the-scenes video transformation on her Instagram page.

“Uma magic with @batistalil! Put something in the comments if you can spot @mitchellhopeofficial popping in😂,” she captioned the time lapse video.

China‘s co-star Mitchell Hope popped up for a couple seconds and even flashed his abs!

The 19-year-old actress and her TV dad were joined by their co-stars Nafessa Williams, Christine Adams, James Remar, Krondon, and Damon Gupton.

During their panel, the cast unveiled the season two trailer, and revealed that Jordan Calloway has been upped to series regular, where he will reprise his role as Painkiller full time.

That same day, China, Christine, and Nafessa, and the guys stopped by the Pizza Hut Lounge where they posed for some photos together, as well as a big group pic. China and Damon also played a little Super Smash Bros. Ultimate for Nintendo Switch at the Variety Studio.

The following day, the cast stopped by Sirius XM’s Entertainment Weekly radio broadcast.

The couple held hands while stepping out at EW’s 2018 Comic-Con Bash on Saturday night (July 21) at FLOAT at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, Calif.

The cute duo was also joined at the event by Cloak & Dagger‘s Olivia Holt and Aubrey Joseph.

China Anne McClain is getting ready to start filming season two of Black Lightning!

The 19-year-old actress, who just wrapped up filming on Descendants 3, is back on the set in Atlanta for the next chapter of the hit CW series.

“First day of #BlackLightning SEASON 2!!” she excitedly shared from her trailer on Instagram. “Jennifer is baaaack.”

China also reminded fans to keep voting for Black Lightning at the 2018 Teen Choice Awards. It’s up for Choice Breakout TV Show, and Nafessa Williams is up for Choice Breakout TV Star.

Played by China Anne McClain, Thomas Doherty and Dylan Playfair, the Isle of the Lost villains will return in the third film in the franchise.

Thomas‘ Harry has a much darker do than what we saw in the second film, and Uma’s teal hair is ah-ma-zing!

Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Cameron Boyce, Booboo Stewart, Mitchell Hope, Anna Cathcart, Brenna D’Amico, Zachary Gibson, Jedidiah Goodacre, Sarah Jeffery, Jamal Sims, Jadah Marie, Christian Convery, Luke Roessler, and Cheyenne Jackson also star in the film.

Descendants 3 is in production now and will premiere in 2019 on Disney Channel.

China Anne and Lauryn McClain are officially twins – well, sort of.

The two singer/actress sisters are often mistaken for actual twins, even though they are almost two years apart.

To poke fun at the long-running comparison between them, China and Lauryn got matching tattoos with a quote from Lady and the Tramp.

Siamese, if you please. Siamese, if you don’t please are the two quotes the sisters have inked on the left sides of their torso. The lines are spoken sung by the Siamese cats in the Disney film.

China captioned her pic on Instagram, “After years of talking about it, we finally got our matching ones. @laurynmcclain #WeAreSiamese.”
