The 19-year-old Aussie model opens up to the glossy about getting into modeling, her first fashion show and keeping up her friendships. Check it:
On how she got into modeling: “I was like, ‘This sounds nice. I’m just going to send in my photos and see [after she was approached in a mall]‘. It sort of messed up my [performance] on my exams during my last year of high school. I thought I’d go to uni for a bit to see what would happen, but then I got more and more gigs.”
On her first fashion show in Paris: “I wasn’t properly packed or anything, because I thought I was going to be on holiday [but it turned into six months]. The whole time I was there, I was thinking, This is so weird. What is going on? And then everything worked out really well.”
On friendships: “Friendship is hard to do when you’re never in the same place. I’m not really too into the fashion world. I like to separate work from my personal life.”
