'Grown-ish' Season 4 To Premiere This Summer - Watch the First Teaser!

WARNING! This post contains “grown-ish” season three spoilers!!

The third season of grown-ish only just wrapped up this week, and we’re already getting a taste of the next season!

The Freeform series was renewed for a fourth season way back in January 2020, and it will be back this summer for senior year with Yara Shahidi, Trevor Jackson, Chloe Bailey, Francia Raisa, Diggy Simmons, Emily Arlook and Jordan Buhat.

In the season three finale, Zoey and Aaron finally got together, and from the new teaser, we see them go on summer vacation as a couple, along with their friend group.

Also in the teaser, it appears as though Vivek being pulled over didn’t send him to jail. The season three finale left us off on a major cliffhanger of him being pulled over and his girlfriend finding his drug stash and quickly hiding it as the officer walked up to his window.

Notably missing from the clip is Halle Bailey, who’s character went off to compete in the Olympics. Her absence from the show is of course due to her filming the upcoming live action The Little Mermaid!

Phoebe Robinson Is Adapting Her Book 'Everything's Trash, But It's Okay' For Freeform Series

Phoebe Robinson is making her way to Freeform – possibly!

The comedian is working on adapting her book “Everything’s Trash, but It’s Okay” into a TV series on the network, THR reports.

Phoebe is writing the potential half-hour comedy series, and will star. She’ll also executive produce with Black-ish showrunner Jonathan Groff (no, not the Frozen actor).

The series “follows Phoebe (Robinson), a 30-something podcast star navigating her messy life. When her younger brother, Jayden, emerges as a leading politician, she’s forced to grow up and relies on her friends and close-knit family to help her figure out adulthood — since she doesn’t seem to have a clue.”

This would be Phoebe‘s second project adapted for TV, following her HBO comedy series 2 Dope Queens, which first started out as a podcast with Jessica Williams.

If you missed it, another series is in the works at Freeform from grown-ish star Yara Shahidi and her mom Keri!
