Naya Rivera isn’t saying goodbye to Glee just yet.
The 28-year-old actress, who played Santana on the Fox show, just uploaded a super sweet video and love letter for her fans, before the series finale gets here.
“The 2-hour Glee series finale is tonight! I’ve had the time of my life playing Santana these past six seasons. Glee allowed me the opportunity to explore the 3 things I love the most, all at the same time: singing, dancing, & acting. I have so many amazing memories, have built beautiful friendships, and most importantly Glee has introduced me to the sweetest fans in the world!” she wrote on her website.
Naya continued, “I am forever grateful for Santana – she will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you all for the love through the years. While I’m sad to hang-up Santana’s pompoms, I’m excited for this next chapter of my life!”

Jenna Ushkowitz added on Instagram, “Tonight is the Series Finale of Glee. I would live tweet, but I’m in Paris with some of the cast to meet our awesome European fans! I am so incredibly grateful for all of you who have supported and sent us love throughout the years. It has been an incredible journey and I can’t believe it comes to an end this evening. We wouldn’t be where or who we are without your strength and Gleekiness. So, as we take our final bow, I just want to say Thank you. I love you all.”

There are only a matter of days left until the Glee series finale airs and now you can listen to Lea Michele‘s final song.
The 28-year-old actress is singing “This Time,” an original song written by her co-star Darren Criss.
“Hearing Lea sing this song was a really cathartic moment for me. It was a perfect way to say goodbye to the whole experience, and I really look forward to getting to share it with the world. I hope ‘This Time’ will resonate with as many people watching Glee as it did for me and those of us who had a hand in making it,” Darren told Entertainment Weekly.
