Disney stars Peyton List and Jacob Bertrand are set to lead an all new Disney Channel Original Movie.
The newest television movie, called The Swap, is based on the book by Megan Shull, and follows a rhythmic gymnast (List) with a pending make-it-or-break-it competition and the youngest son (Bertrand) in a hockey family, who’s vying for a varsity spot on his school team. Their paths unexpectedly cross, and a simple text results in them actually swapping bodies.
The Swap will be directed by Jay Karas and is expected to premiere in the fall.
Paris Berelc flaunts a brand new look as she steps out for the 2015 D23 EXPO held at the Anaheim Convention Center on Sunday (August 16) in Anaheim, Calif.
The 16-year-old Mighty Med star was joined by her castmates, Bradley Steven Perry and Jake Short.
Jacob Bertrand, Mekai Curtis, Tiffany Espensen, Olivia Stuck, and Cade Sutton of Kirby Buckets also had a blast meeting fans at the event.
Also in attendance was the cast of Best Friends Whenever, including Ricky Garcia, Lauren Taylor, Landry Bender, Gus Kamp, and Benjamin and Matthew Royer.

Kira Kosarin sparkles on the carpet while attending the 2014 Hollywood Christmas Parade on Sunday (November 30) in Hollywood.
The 17-year-old actress was joined by her Thundermans co-stars Jack Griffo, Addison Riecke, and Audrey Whitby, who brought along boyfriend Joey Bragg.
“Looking like a human disco ball at the #HollywoodChristmasParade tonight,” Kira tweeted.
Kirby Buckets actor Jacob Bertrand was also in attendance.

The new show centers on the vivid imagination of charismatic 13-year-old Kirby Buckets (Jacob Bertrand) who dreams of becoming a famous animator like his idol Mac MacCallister.
With his two best friends Fish (Mekai Curtis) and Eli (Cade Sutton) by his side, Kirby navigates his eccentric town of Forest Hills where the trio usually find themselves trying to get out of a predicament before Kirby’s sister Dawn (Olivia Stuck) and her best friend Belinda (Tiffany Espensen) catch them.
In the premiere episode “Cars, Buses and Lawnmowers,” Kirby learns about a character design contest featuring the ultimate prize – a chance to meet idol Mac McCallister and debut an animated character on TV. He plans to attend with Fish and Eli, but when they unexpectedly get stranded at school hours before the contest, they devise a plan that accidently places them in the middle of “Clown Town,” an abandoned area of the city where creepy clowns reign.
You can catch the premiere episode of Kirby Buckets on Monday, October 13th on WATCHDisneyXD.com and the WATCH Disney XD app and then on Monday, October 20th, the show will air on Disney XD @8PM ET/PT.
