The stars of Nickelodeon’s Are You Afraid of the Dark? pose together at the 2019 Beyond Fest held at the Egyptian Theatre on Monday night (October 7) in Hollywood.
Sam Ashe Arnold, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Lyliana Wray and Miya Cech stepped out to promote their upcoming, limited series, which premieres on Friday, October 11th.

Just a few days before, the cast joined co-star Rafael Casal, producer Matt Kaplan, and writer BenDavid Grabinski at the 2019 New York Comic Con.

Are You Afraid of the Dark? will span three hour-long episodes, and will follow members of an entirely new Midnight Society, who tell a terrifying tale of the Carnival of Doom and its evil ringmaster Mr. Tophat, only to witness the shocking story come frightfully to life.
The new show will debut on Friday, October 11th, @ 7PM ET/PT, with the second and third parts debuting on the 18th and 25th.

The two stars were joined by their co-stars Chosen Jacobs, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Jaeden Martell, Jack Dylan Grazer, and Finn Wolfhard at the event, plus their older counterparts, Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, Andy Bean and more.
Owen Teague, Nicholas Hamilton, and Finn‘s older brother, Nick, were also seen at the premiere.
It Chapter Two will premiere in theaters on September 6th.

Miya Cech has landed a new role!
The young actress will star in a new, re-imagined version of Are You Afraid of the Dark? for Nickelodeon.
“Submitted for your approval… I’m so excited to join the new Midnight Society! Ready for a fun Summer of scary storytelling. 🔥 #AreYouAfraidOfTheDark,” she wrote on Instagram.
The three-part series introduces an entirely new Midnight Society group of kids who tell a terrifying tale about the Carnival of Doom, only to have the events of the story come to life.
Miya will be joined by Sam Ashe Arnold, Tamara Smart, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Lyliana Wray and Rafael Casal.
Filming is set to begin this month in Vancouver, Canada, with a premiere set for October.

Jaeden Martell couldn’t make it to the event and his older counterpart James joked, “He’s too talented and he threatens me, so I made him disappear.â€
People on Twitter are describing the footage shown at the panel as being “scary as hell,” “effectively creepy, very bloody,” and being filled with plenty of red balloons.
It: Chapter Two, directed by Andy Muschietti, will hit theaters on September 6.

- I am really into shoes right now. I have about 30 pairs in my closet right now. I always take at least 7 pairs with me on all my travels. One of my favorite brands right now is allbirds.
- I have a fuzzy purple pillow that I bought when we started filming IT. I also buy a new soft blanket to have on set for each movie I film.
- I live on a farm in Tennessee. We raise goats, chickens, and cattle. Currently, we have 4 random bears hanging out around our farm…. pretty scary!
- I have never seen nor read any of the Harry Potter series.
- The poem you see me writing on the postcard in IT, is actually my own handwriting. I had to write that poem on about 30 postcards. I have no idea what happened to all of those postcards and don’t even have one as a souvenir.
- My favorite snack is goldfish BUT I prefer the whales over the fish.
- I have wrecked a car… At the age of 6… Long story…
- I am obsessed with the Hamilton soundtrack! I cry at least once every time I listen. Awesome stuff!

The cast of the blockbuster horror film joined forces on the red carpet at the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards on Saturday (June 16) at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif.
Jackson Robert Scott, who played little Georgie, also was there!
It is nominated for Best Movie, Best Villain for Bill Skarsgard, Most Frightened Performance for Sophia, and Best On-Screen Team for the seven main kids.
