Here’s a synopsis: Two students compete in a high school presidential election, and we see how one student’s vote can change everything. This short film promotes the importance of voting and educates young viewers on how to participate in the upcoming 2020 election. This film is brought to you by young filmmakers who directed, produced, and wrote the project.

The duo, who starred as Cyrus and TJ, shared a sweet moment in the series finale, which they didn’t expect would actually happen.
“I knew that it was supposed to happen but honestly had no idea when they were going to do it…to be completely honest, I didn’t know if it was even gonna happen the way we thought it was. I was actually really surprised when I read that final script. It was really nice to see that finally happening,” Luke explained on YSBnow‘s podcast.
Joshua added, “It was always a battle, always a fight. We wanted this to happen and have this story line I knew was going to help out so many kids…we knew we wanted this to happen. We didn’t know how it was going to but we knew people at Disney were fighting for it and had a passion to make sure the story was told.”
The five stars and good friends encountered a sea of chainsaws during their time at the event.
Meanwhile, another Andi Mack reunion was happened that same weekend with Sofia Wylie and Asher Angel!

The Paper Crane Project, created by fans, was on display at the event. It’s made of 1000 paper cranes, categorized and separated into strands of 10, each with a handwritten message from viewers around the world who expressed their appreciation for the series and its commitment to thoughtful, inclusive and entertaining stories that reflect their lives.
