Disney Releases New Trailer For Upcoming Pixar Film 'Soul' - Watch Now!

A new trailer for Disney/Pixar’s upcoming movie Soul has been unveiled!

The new movie stars Jamie Foxx in the lead role of Joe Gardner, a middle-school band teacher with a serious passion for jazz music.

In Soul, Joe is on the brink of getting his big break playing for a jazz quartet. But he finds himself on an unexpected detour from the streets of New York City to The Great Before, tasked with helping new soul 22 (Tina Fey) find her spark to earn her way to Earth.

Jamie recently opened up about how he related to his character.

They have a way of talking, a way of dressing—everything funnels toward their music, toward the jazz.”

Disney/Pixar Announces New Movie 'Luca', Shares First Look!

We have the first look image from the upcoming Disney/Pixar film Luca!

The animated movie is directed by Academy Award-nominated Enrico Casarosa, and is being produced by Andrea Warren, who also produced Lava and Cars 3.

Here’s a synopsis: Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, the original animated feature is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Luca shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: he is a sea monster from another world just below the water’s surface.

“This is a deeply personal story for me, not only because it’s set on the Italian Riviera where I grew up, but because at the core of this film is a celebration of friendship. Childhood friendships often set the course of who we want to become and it is those bonds that are at the heart of our story in Luca,” Enrico said in a statement. “So in addition to the beauty and charm of the Italian seaside, our film will feature an unforgettable summer adventure that will fundamentally change Luca.”

Luca is set to hit theaters on June 18, 2021 in the US.
