Disney/Pixar's Soul Debuts New Sneak Peek Clip - Watch Now!

The newest Disney Pixar film, Soul, has debuted a brand new clip!

The new sneak peek debuted as part of the Essence Festival of Culture during a “Finding ‘Soul’” virtual panel.

The clip also features the song “Parting Ways” written, produced and performed by Cody ChesnuTT.

Soul follows Joe Gardner (voice of Jamie Foxx) – a middle-school band teacher who gets the chance of a lifetime to play at the best jazz club in town.

But one small misstep takes him from the streets of New York City to The Great Before – a fantastical place where new souls get their personalities, quirks and interests before they go to Earth.

Determined to return to his life, Joe teams up with a precocious soul, 22 (voice of Tina Fey), who has never understood the appeal of the human experience.

As Joe desperately tries to show 22 what’s great about living, he may just discover the answers to some of life’s most important questions.

Fans React To Pixar's Spark Short 'Out' Featuring First Gay Main Character

Pixar is making history with it’s newly released Spark Short called “Out“!

The Disney owned animation studio dropped the new short film on Friday (May 22) on Disney+, featuring the studios very first gay main character.

Here’s a synopsis: “On an average day, Greg’s life is filled with family, love and a rambunctious little dog – but despite all of this, Greg has a secret.

Today is different, though. With some help from his precocious pup, and a little bit of magic, Greg might learn that he has nothing to hide.”

Many fans are raving about the new short on how relatable it is, and how it will be so helpful for many young kids to see. Watch a preview below!

“Pixar’s next SparkShort, Out, has already really connected with me as this short is about a man trying to figure out how to come out to his parents that he’s gay. It always makes me happy to see LGBT getting represented in animation! The short premieres tomorrow on Disney+,” one user wrote on Twitter.

Disney/Pixar's 'Soul' Release Date Gets Pushed Back To November

Soul is the latest movie to get a new premiere date due to the pandemic.

The new Disney/Pixar flick was originally supposed to hit theaters on June 19th, but will now premiere just before Thanksgiving on November 20th.

Because of this new date change, Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Raya and the Last Dragon, which was going to premiere on November 20th, has now been moved to March 12, 2021.

There’s a brand new trailer and poster for the upcoming animated film Soul!

The flick is the latest from the Disney and Pixar team and has the same director as Inside Out.

Soul, the new movie from Pixar, has a brand new trailer!

The movie follows Joe Gardner, a middle-school band teacher whose true passion is playing jazz. In the film, just when Joe thinks his dream might be in reach, a single unexpected step sends him to a fantastical place where he’s is forced to think again about what it truly means to have soul. That’s where he meets and ultimately teams up with 22, a soul who doesn’t think life on Earth is all it’s cracked up to be.

Jamie Foxx voices Joe, while Tina Fey voices the role of 22.

Phylicia Rashad, Ahmir Questlove Thompson and Daveed Diggs also lend their voices to the film, in theaters on June 19, 2020.

Disney+ Reveals A Pixar Prank Show Is Coming To The Streaming Service!

Disney+ is adding even more to the streaming service for when it launches in just a few weeks.

The network made the announcement that on top of all your fave Disney Pixar movies, Disney+ will also be hosting the Spark Shorts, and new originals, Forky Asks A Question and Pixar IRL, which can best be described as a prank show.

In this short-form series, Pixar characters are brought to life, surprising real people on location and viewers at home.

In Forky Asks A Question, Forky, from Toy Story 4, has important questions about how the world works, such as: What is love? What is time? He explores all of these questions and more in a collection of 10 shorts.

Disney+ will launch on November 12th. including original programming and its collection of library titles from Pixar Animation Studios.

Tom Holland Steps Out at D23 for 'Onward,' Despite Spider-Man's Disney Split

Tom Holland is not letting Spider-Man’s split from Disney stop him from working with the studio!

Day after the news was revealed, the 23-year-old actor was in attendance at Disney’s D23 Expo to promote his movie Onward on Saturday (August 24) in Anaheim, Calif.

Tom was joined by by co-stars Chris Pratt and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, director Don Scanlon, and producer Kori Rae.

Ten minutes of footage from the upcoming Disney/Pixar movie was shown for the D23 crowd and they also unveiled a new poster and image from the film.

The movie stars Tom and Chris as two teenage elf brothers, Ian and Barley Lightfoot, who embark on an extraordinary quest to discover if there is still a little magic left in the world. Set in a modern fantasy world, Onward is inspired by Scanlon’s personal experiences with his brother.

Onward hits theaters on March 6, 2020.
