Katherine McNamara Wears Butterflies in Her Hair for Unicef's Masquerade Ball 2018

Katherine McNamara adds a little pop to her all black look for the 2018 UNICEF Masquerade Ball held at Clifton’s Republic on Thursday night (October 25) in Los Angeles.

The 22-year-old actress was joined by God Friended Me star Violett Beane, pregnant Claire Holt, Mollee Gray and longtime couple Gigi Gorgeous and Nats Getty.

The UNICEF Masquerade Ball is UNICEF Next Generation’s signature philanthropic event. NextGen Members study issues that affect children around the world and choose UNICEF projects to support through education, advocacy, skill sharing/remote volunteering and fundraising.

FYI: Violett is wore a Galia Lahav dress. Katherine wore a Versace dress with Christian Louboutin heels.

The Originals' Claire Holt Announces Pregnancy with Husband Andrew Joblon

Congrats are in order for Claire Holt and her husband Andrew Joblon, they’re expecting their first child!

The former Originals actress shared the happy news on her Instagram this afternoon, showing off her baby bump.

“My heart is bursting. I’m so happy to share with you that we are having a baby! It still doesn’t feel real. These past few months have been filled with excitement, anxiety, tears, joy, uncertainty but most of all gratitude.”

Claire then spoke about her miscarriage earlier this year.

“You never forget the deep pain of loss. It dims with time but it informs many of your experiences. Our loss earlier this year was the darkest moment of my life. Yet, it made me infinitely more thankful for the precious baby growing inside me today. I want to take a moment to acknowledge all those struggling with miscarriage, infertility or any of the difficulties that come with bringing new life into the world. I know that these announcements can hurt. I’ve felt it all. My heart is with you and I pray that our story gives you hope. Thank you all so much for your love and support – I can’t wait to share this journey with you,” she added.

'The Originals' Actress Claire Holt Announces Her Marriage!

Congratulations are in order for Claire Holt!

The 30-year-old The Originals star and her real estate executive fiance Andrew Joblon revealed the exciting news of their wedding on Sunday night (August 19) with some gorgeous pics from their celebration.

Claire and Andrew had their ceremony one day prior (August 18).

“8.18.18 ❤️,” Claire captioned a photo of the two together surrounded by flowers. Andrew also posted a picture from the ceremony on his Instagram. The couple’s dog, Teddy, also joined them in the picture!

The two announced their engagement in December of 2017. “My heart is so full,” she gushed at the time.

Congratulations to the happy couple!

Can you believe there’s only one episode of The Originals left before the series finale?!

When TV Guide asked the cast what they’ll miss most about their CW show, they all brought up their fans.

“This show wouldn’t have existed without you guys,” Joseph Morgan said. “You watched Vampire Diaries and you started putting all of these trailers online, making all these trailers for The Originals. I mean, you guys even named it… You took a couple of villains from that show and you decided you wanted a show about them, and I’m just so grateful we got to go on that journey with you, so thank you so much for that experience.”

“We really worked hard to tell great stories for you,” showrunner Julie Plec added, “And your passion and your enthusiasm and your total rage at me for saying the show was over means that it meant a lot to you, and I appreciate that.”

“Your love and your support and your kindness does not go unnoticed,” Claire Holt shared. “We talk about it all the time, and I’ll remember it for the rest of my life.”

In the season five premiere of The Originals, Marcel Gerard got down on one knee and proposed to Rebekah Mikaelson and it was beautiful – but the potential engagement didn’t happen.

“It was sad, I felt so bad for him!” Claire Holt told TVLine. “He went to so much effort for this beautiful proposal, and she just couldn’t get herself together. I would have said yes, and then just dealt with it later, right?”

Charles Michael Davis admitted that that “all my characters get rejected,” but he isn’t giving up on Marcel and Rebekah just yet.

“They’re immortal, so there’s always a chance,” Charles said.

When we all tune into the premiere episode of the final season of The Originals, it will actually be eight years later.

In a new video featurette with TVGuide, stars Claire Holt, Nathaniel Buzolic, Riley Voelkel and Charles Michael Davis all preview just where their characters are now and what they’ve been up to.

For Marcel and Rebekah, they’ve been in New York.

“He and Rebekah got a nice penthouse and they’re doing really good,” Charles shares. “They’re coping. Rebekah is upset about the fact that she can’t be with her family. That does create a little bit of tension.

For Kol, he’s trying to balance his family with his new role as husband to Davina.

“Now that he has this responsibility with his wife, he now also has the struggle with his family,” Nate says.

Claire Holt Opens Up About Heartbreaking Miscarriage

Claire Holt is opening up about suffering a miscarriage in a heartbreaking post on her Instagram.

The The Originals actress, who plays Rebekah Mikaelson, wrote that just over a week ago, she underwent a D&C procedure (also known as a dilation and curettage).

Claire made the brave decision to share her story so soon after she and her , suffered the loss.

“I took this photo 10 days ago, as I waited for surgery after my sweet little baby lost its heartbeat. I sent it to my fiancé [Andrew Joblon] in the waiting room to show him that I was ok. I wasn’t.”

Claire continued, “I’ve never felt more broken in my life. I debated sharing this so soon and I’m still frightened about making such a private struggle public, but I’m doing it anyway because it’s important.”
