JJJ was lucky enough to attend the bash and got the scoop about the collection and where their inspiration for the pieces came from.
“We just always had a passion for fashion, ever since we were little,” Vanessa told us exclusively. “We’ve always kept up with the trends. In fact, we sew clothes together for our little dolls!”
She continued, “We’ve always just been creating clothes and designing stuff. It was something we’ve always wanted to do and YouTube gave us this opportunity, this platform to pursue our dream of creating our own clothing line.”
The name of the line is actually really special too!
“The clothing line is called True Img. Veronica’s name means ‘true image’ and my name means butterfly so that’s why we have the little butterfly logo!â€
Veronica also opened up to us about how their personal style impacted the capsule collection.
“I think our personal style definitely is shown through the line,” she shared. “I wear darker clothes, edgy style and Vanessa is more girly and pink! So we’ve definitely put both of our inputs into the line and there’s a good mix of stuff we would wear individually and things both of us would wear.”
Vanessa and Veronica welcomed tons of friends to the party including Maia Shibutani, Teala Dunn, Gabbie Hanna, Jenna Ortega, LaurDIY, Paris Berelc and many more.
