Fans had been scrambling trying to figure out what they meant and how they fit together. Now, Hulu has just announced that season two will premiere on June 11, 2021!
Season two picks up with a newly out-of-the-closet Victor (Michael Cimino) entering his junior year at Creekwood High. However, being out brings new challenges as Victor faces a family struggling with his revelation, a heartbroken ex-girlfriend in Mia (Rachel Hilson), and the difficulties of being an openly gay star athlete — all while navigating the excitement of his new relationship with Benji (George Sear).
Love, Victor also stars Ana Ortiz, James Martinez, Isabella Ferreira, Mateo Fernandez, Bebe Wood, Anthony Turpel and Mason Gooding.
The nominations for the upcoming 2021 GLAAD Media Awards have been announced!
The annual awards ceremony recognizes and honors media for their fair, accurate and inclusive representations of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community and the issues that affect their lives.
Among the nominees this year include Miley Cyrus, Sam Smith and Keiynan Lonsdale in music categories, and Happiest Season in the Outstanding Film – Wide Release category.
For the television categories, nominees include Love, Victor, Everything’s Gonna to Be Okay, Saved By The Bell and even an episode of A Little Late With Lilly Singh!
“During an unprecedented year of crises and isolation, the nominees for the 32nd Annual GLAAD Media Awards reached LGBTQ people with powerful stories and inspired countless others around the world with bold looks at LGBTQ people and issues,†GLAAD President & CEO Sarah Kate Ellis said in a statement. “As GLAAD continues to lead the fight for LGBTQ acceptance, this year’s nominees remind us that even in times of political and cultural division, diverse LGBTQ representation and visibility can enlighten, entertain, and create lasting change.â€

It was just announced that the Life In Pieces actress will portray Felix’s (Anthony Turpel) mom, Dawn, in a recurring role, Deadline reveals.
Dawn is described as Felix’s loving mother who struggles with mental health issues.
If you remember in season one, Felix showed Lake (Bebe Wood) his apartment and revealed that his mom is a hoarder and has some issues.
Love, Victor follows Victor, a new student at Creekwood High School on his own journey of self-discovery, facing challenges at home, adjusting to a new city and exploring his sexual orientation. When it all seems too much, he reaches out to Simon to help him navigate the ups and downs of high school.
The series also stars Michael Cimino, Ana Ortiz, James Martinez, Isabella Ferreira, Mateo Fernandez, Rachel Hilson, George Sear and Mason Gooding.
